| Abstract: |
Předmětem práce je tvorba investičního portfolia drobného soukromého konzervativního investora jako alternativy ke stavebnímu spoření. Cílem práce je stanovit typického střadatele stavební spořitelny z klientského kmene autora práce a navrhnout pro něj optimální investiční strategii, jež je rizikově srovnatelná se stavebním spořením, ale výnosností ho překonává. V práci jsou spořitelé analyzováni z hlediska věku, pohlaví, výše pravidelné spořené částky a dalších parametrů. Na základě analýzy je stanoven typický uživatel stavebního spoření vybrané spořitelny, pro nějž je na základě historických dat o výkonnosti vybraných investičních instrumentů vytvořen návrh portfolia. |

| Abstract: |
The subject of the thesis is the suggestion of an investment portfolio of a small private conservative investor as an alternative to building a society savings account. The thesis aims to determine a typical user of building society savings accounts from the client base of the author of the thesis and to propose an optimal investment strategy comparable to building society savings accounts in terms of risk but surpasses it in terms of return. The savers are analyzed in terms of age, gender, amount of regular saved amount, and other parameters. Based on the analysis, a typical user of the building society savings account of the selected building society is determined. After a proposal, a portfolio is created based on historical data on the performance of selected investment instruments. |
