Diplomová práce se soustředí na analýzu a návrh účinného dashboardu. Úvod do tématu zahrnuje vysvětlení konceptů Business Intelligence, datových úložišť a kvality dat, přičemž nabízí přehled analytických výstupů a procesů jejich tvorby. Důraz je kladen na základní principy efektivního návrhu manažerských reportů, zejména s ohledem na potřeby koncových uživatelů. Práce se zaměřuje na klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují efektivitu, jako je použitelnost předaných informací a způsob jejich prezentace. Praktická část se věnuje optimalizaci konkrétního dashboardu, přičemž k dosažení lepšího výsledku jsou kromě návrhových principů využity také poznatky z kognitivní psychologie. Po analýze nedostatků současného dashboardu jsou implementovány navrhované změny, které mají zlepšit přenos informací na základě teoretických poznatků z předchozí části. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the analysis and design of an effective dashboard. The introduction to the topic includes an explanation of the concepts of Business Intelligence, data warehouses, and data quality, while also providing an overview of analytical outputs and the processes involved in their creation. Emphasis is placed on the fundamental principles of designing efficient managerial reports, with particular attention to the needs of end users. The thesis focuses on key factors affecting efficiency, such as the usability of the information provided and the way it is presented. The practical part is dedicated to optimizing a specific dashboard, where, in addition to design principles, insights from cognitive psychology are also applied to achieve better results. After analyzing the shortcomings of the existing dashboard, proposed changes are implemented to improve the transmission of information based on the theoretical findings from the previous section. |
