Práce se zabývá problematikou vykazování aktivit společenské odpovědnosti firem v různých odvětvích. Vychází ze studie KPMG s názvem Big shifts, smalls steps: Survey of Sustainability Reporting 2022 a cílem je uskutečnit porovnání vykazování společen-ské odpovědnosti mezi vybranými odvětvími v ČR. Sekundárním cílem práce je provést srovnání vykazování společenské odpovědnosti ve vybraných odvětvích mezi ČR a světem. Teoretická část provede rešerši problematiky společenské odpovědnosti firem s akcentem na důvody, proč firmy tyto aktivity provozují a na vybraná témata, která jsou součástí CSR reportů. Metodika práce kombinuje přístup z uvedené studie s analýzou veřejně dostupných informací (závěrečné zprávy, CSR reporty) firem v ČR. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the issue of reporting CSR activities in various sectors. It is based on a study by KPMG entitled Big shifts, smalls steps: Survey of Sustainability Reporting 2022 and aims to make a comparison of CSR reporting among selected sectors in the Czech Republic. The secondary objective of the thesis is to make a comparison of CSR reporting in selected sectors between the Czech Republic and the world. The theoretical part will conduct a research on the issue of corporate social responsibility with an emphasis on the reasons why companies carry out these activities and on selected topics that are included in CSR reports. The methodology of the thesis combines the approach of the above mentioned study with the analysis of publicly available information (final reports, CSR reports) of companies in the Czech Republic. |
