Diplomová práce se zaobírá segmentací zákazníků v telekomunikačním odvětví pomocí technik dolování dat. Mobilní operátor poskytl datový soubor pro data mining analýzu k nalezení typických segmentů. Teoretická část diplomové práce poskytuje rešerši v oblasti telekomunikací, segmentace a data miningových metod sloužících k segmentaci zákazníků. V praktické části je zpracovaná shluková analýza s dodržením metodiky CRISP-DM. Výsledky výzkumu budou použity společností pro lepší pochopení zákaznické zá-kladny a budou sloužit jako podklad k další možné analýze. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with customer segmentation in the telecommunication industry using data mining techniques. A mobile operator provided a dataset for data mining analysis to find typical segments. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a research in the field of telecommunication, segmentation and data mining methods used for customer segmentation. In the practical part, a cluster analysis is developed following the CRISP-DM methodology. The results of the research will be used by the company for a better understanding of the customer base and will serve as a basis for further possible analysis. |
