Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu systému čerpání Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů (ESIF) v období 2021–2027 a jeho vliv na státní rozpočet ČR. Cílem je provést hloubkovou analýzu aktuálního systému financování projektů, s důrazem na mechanizmy předfinancování a spolufinancování. Práce využívá teoretické poznatky a dostupná data k provedení kritické analýzy stávajícího systému a formulování doporučení pro optimalizaci financování. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována dopadům změn v míře spolufinancování na státní rozpočet a absorpční kapacitu projektů. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navrženy konkrétní kroky pro zlepšení efektivity čerpání fondů v České republice. |

| Abstract: |
The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) drawing system in the period 2021-2027 and its influence on the state budget of the Czech Republic. The goal is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current project financing system, with an emphasis on pre-financing and co-financing mechanisms. The thesis uses theoretical knowledge and available data to perform a critical analysis of the existing system and formulate recommendations for optimizing funding. Special attention is paid to the effects of changes in the co-financing rate on the state budget and the absorptive capacity of projects. Based on the results of the analysis, specific steps are proposed to improve the efficiency of drawing funds in the Czech Republic. |
