Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření manažerských pozic středně velkého podniku. Zaměřuje se na 3 faktory, které syndrom vyhoření mohou ovlivnit, a to na věk, délku praxe v zaměstnání a smysluplnost v životě. K jedné z nejrozšířenějších metod určení míry vyhoření se používá dotazník MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory), jenž byl použit současně s Dotazníkem životnej zmysluplnosti. Výzkum prokázal, že na míru vyhoření má vliv především délka praxe a smysluplnost v lidském životě. Nicméně vliv věku se nepotvrdil. |

This bachelor's thesis deals with the problem of the burnout syndrome of managerial positions of a medium-sized company. It focuses on 3 factors that can influence the burnout syndrome, namely age, length of work experience and meaningfulness in life. One of the most widespread methods of determining the degree of burnout is the MBI questionnaire (Maslach Burnout Inventory), which was used at the same time as the Meaning of Life Questionnaire. Research has shown that the degree of burnout is mainly influenced by the length of practice and meaningfulness in human life. However, the effect of age was not confirmed. |
