| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést komplexní strategickou analýzu vybrané společnosti Wienerberger s. r. o., ve které dojde k identifikaci a analýze silných a slabých stránek podniku a k analýze jeho okolí, ve které dojde k nalezení příležitostí a hrozeb, které z jeho okolí pramení. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se strategie a představeny vybrané nástroje strategické analýzy pro analýzu okolí a vnitřních zdrojů. Vybranými nástroji pro analýzu okolí je PEST analýza, mapa konkurenčních skupin a Porterův model pěti sil. Pro analýzu vnitřních zdrojů je použita VRIO analýza, společně s finanční analýzou. V praktické části je charakterizována sledovaná společnost, jsou aplikovány představené nástroje, následuje závěrečná syntéza za využití SWOT analýzy s doporučením pro následný rozvoj a posílení tržní pozice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis of the selected company Wienerberger s.r.o., in which the strengths and weaknesses of the company will be identified and analyzed, and an analysis of its external environment will be carried out to identify the opportunities and threats arising from it. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to strategy and introduces selected tools for strategic analysis of the external environment and internal resources. The chosen tools for analyzing the external environment include the PEST analysis, competitive group map, and Porter’s Five Forces model. For internal resource analysis, the VRIO analysis is used alongside financial analysis. In the practical part, the observed company is characterized, the introduced tools are applied, and a final synthesis is conducted using the SWOT analysis, providing recommendations for further development and strengthening of its market position. |
