| Abstract: | Integrace ukrajinských uprchlíku na pracovní trh v Moravskoslezském kraji je složitý proces, který obsahuje řadu bariér, jež musí ukrajinští uprchlíci překonat, aby se úspěšně integrovali. Cílem práce je nejen popsat existující bariéry, identifikovat a vyhodnotit klíčové faktory, ale také nabídnout možná řešení, která by mohla integraci na pracovní trh usnadnit. Zdrojem informací je nejen literární rešerše, ale především kvalitativní výzkum provedený formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, který poskytuje hlubší vhled a pochopení do osobních zkušeností ukrajinských uprchlíků. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno dosažení stanovených cílů, ověřeny stanovené hypotézy a nabídnuty konkrétní návrhy a doporučení pro řešení identifikovaných bariér. |

| Abstract: | The integration of Ukrainian refugees into the labour market in the Moravian-Silesian Region is a complex process that involves a number of barriers that Ukrainian refugees must overcome in order to integrate successfully. The aim of this paper is not only to describe the existing barriers, identify and evaluate the key factors, but also to offer possible solutions that could facilitate integration into the labour market. The source of information is not only a literature search, but mainly qualitative research conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews, which provides deeper insight and understanding into the personal experiences of Ukrainian refugees. The thesis concludes by evaluating the achievement of the stated objectives, testing the stated hypotheses and offering concrete suggestions and recommendations for addressing the identified barriers. |
