| Abstract: |
Práce zkoumá současnou rodinnou politiku České republiky a vliv sociálního systému na rodiny s dětmi. Práce se pokusí zachytit specifika českého konceptu sociálního systému v návaznosti na rodinné, pracovní a společenské uspořádání. a vysvětlit je pomocí základních statistických dat. Po představení legislativy, struktury a mechanismů základů sociálního systému podpory rodin s dětmi v ČR se bude zabývat i modely několika dalších Evropských zemí s největší pozorností upřenou na Švédsko. Po porovnání jednotlivých systémů a charakteristik, případně důsledků ve vybraných zemích se práce pokusí shrnout základní pozitiva a negativa jednotlivých opatření v České republice a na základě toho navrhnout zlepšující opatření. Na samotném závěru také uvede příklad, jakým může soukromý sektor už v současném nastavení přispět ke situaci rodin. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis studies the current family policy of the Czech Republic and the influence of the social system on families with children. The document will try to capture the specifics of the concepts of the Czech social system in connection with parental care, work and social organization and provide explanation using basic statistical data. After reviewing the legislation, structure and mechanisms of the foundations of the social system of support for families with children in the Czech Republic, the models of several other European countries will be discussed, with the most attention focused on Sweden. After comparing individual systems and its characteristics, or consequences in selected countries, the thesis will try to summarize the basic positives and negatives of individual measures in the Czech Republic and conclude with proposal of improving measures. At the very end, it will also give an example of how the private sector can already contribute to the situation of families in the current system. |
