| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací reportingu pro řízení lidského kapitálu v systému SAP SuccessFactors v prostředí společnosti Fortuna Entertainment Group. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a realizovat reporty v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů s systému SAP SuccessFactors. K dosažení hlavního cíle byly definovány a postupně splněny tři dílčí cíle. Prvním bylo analyzovat současný stav a identifikovat potřeby reportingu v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Druhým cílem bylo popsat systém SAP SuccessFactors a navrhnout specifické reporty, které odpovídají těmto potřebám. Posledním dílčím cílem bylo ověřit použitelnost navržených reportů prostřednictvím zpětné vazby od koncových uživatelů. Práce je rozdělena do devíti kapitol. Úvodní kapitoly seznamují čtenáře s klíčovými tématy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, včetně historie HR analytiky a hlavních HR procesů. Druhá část se zaměřuje na popis systému SAP SuccessFactors v rámci společnosti Fortuna Entertainment Group, mapuje jeho procesy a funkční moduly, a představuje aktuální podobu firemních reportů. V závěrečné kapitole jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi uživateli reportů, které sloužily k finálnímu ověření a případným úpravám návrhů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of reporting for human capital management within the SAP SuccessFactors system at Fortuna Entertainment Group. The primary objective of this work was to design and implement HR reports in SAP SuccessFactors. To achieve this main goal, three secondary objectives were defined and subsequently fulfilled. The first was to analyze the current state and identify reporting needs in human resource management. The second objective was to describe the SAP SuccessFactors system and design specific reports to meet these identified needs. The final objective was to verify the usability of the proposed reports through feedback from end users. The thesis is divided into nine chapters. The introductory chapters introduce readers to key topics in human resource management, including the history of HR analytics and primary HR processes. The second part focuses on describing the SAP SuccessFactors system within Fortuna Entertainment Group, mapping its processes and functional modules, and presenting the current form of corporate reports. The concluding chapter presents the results of a user survey, which served to finalize and, if necessary, adjust the proposed reporting solutions. |
