| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá problematiku čínských kontraktů suroviny za infrastrukturu na případové studii Angoly. Angola skrze kontrakty suroviny za infrastrukturu směňuje své přírodní bohatství, zejména ropu, za čínské investice do infrastruktury. Kontrakty suroviny za infrastrukturu jsou také obecně známy pod pojmem angolský model. Tento model spolupráce umožňuje Číně získávání přístupu k přírodním zdrojům a zároveň posilování ekonomického a geopolitického vlivu na celém africkém kontinentu. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit silné a slabé stránky kontraktů suroviny za infrastruktury na případové studii Angoly. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the issue of China's resources-for-infrastructure contracts using Angola as a case study. Through these contracts, Angola exchanges its natural resources, primarily oil, for Chinese infrastructure investments. Such contracts are also generally known as the Angola model. This model of economic cooperation allows China to gain access to natural resources while strengthening its economic and geopolitical influence across the African continent. The aim of this thesis is to assess the strengths and weaknesses of resources-for-infrastructure contracts using Angola as a case study. |
