| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce je vytvořit reportingové řešení pro sledování digitálních ukazatelů pro společnost Česká spořitelna, a.s. Toto řešení se zaměřuje na poskytování relevantních informací pro pobočkovou síť a přináší tak zaměstnancům možnost lepšího rozhodování na základě přesných dat. Implementace tohoto řešení zahrnuje dodržení metodiky Data as a Product. První část mé práce se zabývá představením business kontextu celé společnosti a konkrétního případu, který je řešen v rámci diplomové práce. Zahrnuje také požadavky zadavatele, přičemž se detailněji zaměřuje na jeho potřeby a očekávání. V následující části práce je představeno technické zadání, včetně ukázek tabulek a jejich vzájemných vazeb. Poslední část mé práce je věnována implementaci navrženého řešení a jeho následnému otestování. V závěrečné fázi je celé řešení ověřeno zadavatelem, který poskytuje zpětnou vazbu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my work is to create a reporting solution for monitoring digital indicators for Česká spořitelna, a.s. This solution focuses on providing relevant information for the branch network and brings employees the opportunity to make better decisions based on accurate data. The implementation of this solution includes compliance with the Data as a Product methodology. The first part of my thesis deals with introducing the business context of the whole company and the specific case that is addressed in the thesis. It also includes the requirements of the client, focusing in detail on their needs and expectations. The following section of the thesis presents the technical assignment, including examples of tables and their interrelationships. The last part of my thesis is devoted to the implementation of the proposed solution and its subsequent testing. In the final stage, the whole solution is verified with the client, who provides feedback. |
