| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesu řízení výkonnosti (Performance Management) v servisní IT společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat a formulovat doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu procesu řízení výkonnosti pomocí dvou rámců pro řízení IT služeb: ITIL a COBIT. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny základní pojmy a principy procesního řízení, včetně klasifikace podnikových procesů, dokumentace procesů a konceptu procesně řízeného podniku. Dále jsou detailně popsány rámce ITIL a COBIT, jejich historie, vývoj a klíčové principy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu procesu řízení výkonnosti ve vybrané společnosti, identifikaci rizik a problémů a následnou aplikaci rámců ITIL a COBIT. Na základě této analýzy jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení procesu. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení navržených doporučení a jejich potenciálního dopadu na zlepšení řízení výkonnosti ve společnosti. Práce přináší praktické poznatky a návrhy, které mohou být využity ve vybrané společnosti ke zlepšení současného stavu a sloužit jako odrazový můstek pro další zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on analyzing the Performance Management process in an IT service company. The main objective is to identify and formulate recommendations for improving the current state of the performance management process using two frameworks for IT service management: ITIL and COBIT. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basic concepts and principles of process management, including the classification of business processes, process documentation and the concept of a process-managed enterprise. Furthermore, the ITIL and COBIT frameworks, as well as their history, development, and key principles, are described in details. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the performance management process in the selected company, identification of risks and problems and subsequent applications of the ITIL and COBIT frameworks. Based on this analysis, specific recommendations for process improvement are formulated. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the proposed recommendations and their potential impact on improving performance management in the company. The thesis provides practical insights and suggestions that can be used in the selected company to improve the current state and serve as a springboard for further improvement. |
