| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací přechodu IT služeb z outsourcovaného modelu na interní či hybridní režim. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat stávající stav IT infrastruktury a identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující efektivitu a udržitelnost IT procesů. Na základě této analýzy byly navrženy konkrétní kroky pro implementaci nového IT modelu, včetně detailního harmonogramu, identifikace klíčových rolí a řízení změn. Práce využívá kombinaci metod, jako je SWOT analýza, IT Balanced Scorecard a metoda Total Cost of Ownership, pro zajištění komplexního přístupu k hodnocení proveditelnosti a přínosů navržených řešení. Výsledky této práce přinášejí praktická doporučení pro organizace usilující o větší flexibilitu, kontrolu a efektivitu v oblasti IT služeb. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of transitioning IT services from an outsourced model to an internal or hybrid one. The aim was to analyze the current state of IT infrastructure and identify key factors influencing the efficiency and sustainability of IT processes. Based on this analysis, specific steps for implementing the new IT model were proposed, including a detailed timeline, identification of key roles, and change management strategies. The thesis employs a combination of methods, such as SWOT analysis, IT Balanced Scorecard, and the Total Cost of Ownership approach, to ensure a comprehensive assessment of feasibility and benefits of the proposed solutions. The findings provide practical recommendations for organizations seeking greater flexibility, control, and efficiency in IT service management. |
