| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zavedení byznysové architektury v bankovním prostředí pomocí frameworku BIZBOK jako součásti podnikové architektury (EA). Cílem je vytvoření komplexního modelu, který zlepší řízení změn, naplňování strategických cílů a spolupráci mezi obchodními a IT odděleními. Teoretická část zahrnuje rešerši literatury a srovnání rámců pro podnikovou architekturu, což vedlo k výběru frameworku BIZBOK. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu architektury v bance a návrh nového modelu zahrnujícího obchodní schopnosti a hodnotové toky. Výsledný model je hodnocený SWOT analýzou a modelem ACMM (Architecture Capability Maturity Model). Nový, výsledný model prokázal přínosy pro banku a podnikovou architekturu. Práce přispívá k rozvoji podnikové architektury v bance a poskytuje poznatky pro její aplikaci v bankovním sektoru. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the implementation of business architecture in the banking environment using the BIZBOK framework as part of Enterprise Architecture (EA). The aim is to create a comprehensive model that enhances change management, achieves strategic goals, and improves collaboration between business and IT departments. The theoretical part includes a literature review and a comparison of enterprise architecture frameworks, which led to the selection of the BIZBOK framework. The practical part analyzes the current state of the bank's enterprise architecture and proposes a new model incorporating business capabilities and value streams. The resulting model is evaluated using a SWOT analysis and the Architecture Capability Maturity Model (ACMM). The new model demonstrated significant benefits for the bank and its enterprise architecture. This work contributes to the development of enterprise architecture in the bank and provides insights for its application in the banking sector. |
