| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit úroveň integrace ukrajinských migrantů na německém trhu práce z ekonomické a socio-kulturní perspektivy v kontextu rusko-ukrajinské války. Integrace této skupiny představuje důležité téma jak z hlediska ekonomického zapojení, tak i z pohledu sociální soudržnosti německé společnosti. Téma je aktuální především kvůli výraznému nárůstu počtu ukrajinských migrantů v důsledku válečného konfliktu, což přineslo nové výzvy i příležitosti pro integrační politiky v Německu. Práce se zaměřuje na objasnění klíčových aspektů integrace, jako jsou zaměstnanost, kvalifikační požadavky, odvětvové zastoupení, příjmová situace, vzdělanostní struktura a účast v integračních programech. Práce je členěna do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje teoretickou část, která vymezuje klíčové pojmy spojené s migrací a integrací. Následující dvě kapitoly jsou praktické. Druhá kapitola se zabývá socio-kulturní integrací ukrajinských migrantů, přičemž hodnotí faktory, jako je vzdělávání, jazykové kurzy a začlenění do německé společnosti. Třetí kapitola analyzuje již samotnou ekonomickou integraci, zejména v oblasti zaměstnanosti, příjmové situace a kvalifikační struktury, s důrazem na srovnání s německými občany. Správné pochopení míry integrace ukrajinských migrantů může přispět k efektivnějšímu nastavení podpůrných opatření a politik, které by usnadnily jejich zapojení do německé společnosti a pracovního trhu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to assess the level of integration of Ukrainian migrants into the German labor market from both an economic and socio-cultural perspective in the context of the Russo-Ukrainian war. The integration of this group represents an important topic not only in terms of economic participation but also regarding the social cohesion of German society. The topic is particularly relevant due to the significant increase in the number of Ukrainian migrants as a result of the war, which has introduced new challenges and opportunities for integration policies in Germany. The thesis focuses on key aspects of integration, such as employment, qualification requirements, sectoral representation, income levels, educational structure, and participation in integration programs. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is theoretical and defines key terms related to migration and integration. The following two chapters are practical. The second chapter deals with the socio-cultural integration of Ukrainian migrants, evaluating factors such as education, language courses, and integration into German society. The third chapter analyzes economic integration, focusing particularly on employment, income levels, and qualification structures, with an emphasis on comparisons with German citizens. A proper understanding of the degree of integration of Ukrainian migrants may contribute to the development of more effective support measures and policies that would facilitate their inclusion in German society and the labor market. |
