Tato studie zkoumá dopad ukrajinské migrace na polskou pracovní sílu v období deseti let od roku 2014 do roku 2024 se zaměřením na souhru mezi migračními vzory, ekonomickými reformami, politickou dynamikou a chováním populace. Příliv ukrajinských migrantů, zejména po eskalaci konfliktu na Ukrajině v roce 2022, výrazně proměnil demografickou krajinu a dynamiku trhu práce v Polsku. Tato studie zdůrazňuje ekonomický přínos ukrajinských migrantů při naplňování nedostatku pracovních sil v kritických odvětvích a také problémy, kterým čelí v souvislosti s integrací a konkurencí s domácími pracovníky. Kromě toho se ponoří do demografických změn vyplývajících z tohoto migračního toku, zejména do genderové povahy vysídlení a jeho důsledků pro složení pracovní síly. Analýzou těchto aspektů si tento výzkum klade za cíl poskytnout tvůrcům politik a zúčastněným stranám cenný pohled na vývoj účinných strategií, které podporují sociální soudržnost a hospodářský růst na vyvíjejícím se polském trhu práce. |

This study examines the impact of Ukrainian migration on the Polish labor force over a ten-year period from 2014 to 2024, focusing on the interplay between migration patterns, economic reforms, political dynamics, and population behavior. The influx of Ukrainian migrants, particularly following the escalation of conflict in Ukraine in 2022, has significantly transformed Poland's demographic landscape and labor market dynamics. This study highlights the economic contributions of Ukrainian migrants in filling labor shortages in critical sectors, as well as the challenges they face regarding integration and competition with native workers. Additionally, it delves into the demographic shifts resulting from this migration flow, particularly the gendered nature of displacement and its implications for workforce composition. By analyzing these aspects, this research aims to provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to develop effective strategies that promote social cohesion and economic growth within Poland's evolving labor market. |
