| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Regulace lobbingu na úrovni evropských institucí“ se zabývá současnými přístupy k regulaci lobbistických aktivit na úrovni EU, s důrazem na fungování rejstříku transparentnosti jako hlavního nástroje zajišťujícího odpovědnost a otevřenost interakcí mezi institucemi EU a zájmovými skupinami. Práce se zaměřuje na historický vývoj regulace, současné mechanismy včetně podmínek registrace, zveřejňovaných údajů a zásady podmíněnosti, a hodnotí jejich přínos i slabiny. Na základě zkoumání legislativních dokumentů, výročních zpráv a dat z rejstříku transparentnosti jsou formulovány návrhy na odstranění identifikovaných slabých míst a posílení transparentnosti, důvěryhodnosti a efektivity regulace lobbistických aktivit v prostředí evropských institucí. |

| Abstract: | The thesis "Regulation of Lobbying at the Level of European Institutions" examines current approaches to regulating lobbying activities within the European Union, focusing on the Transparency Register as a key tool for ensuring openness and accountability. The thesis explores the historical development of lobbying regulation, current mechanisms such as registration rules, disclosed information, and legislative footprint, and assesses their effectiveness and shortcomings. Based on an analysis of legislative documents, annual reports, and Transparency Register data, recommendations are formulated to enhance transparency, credibility, and the efficiency of lobbying regulation in the European context. |
