| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat, jak dvojí kvalita potravin ovlivňuje skutečné chování spotřebitelů, a na základě kvantitativního dotazníku a monitoringu postojů vybraných stakeholderů zhodnotit stav přístupu k této problematice. Práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu potravin v maloobchodě, roli spotřebitele a jeho vnímání kvality, a ekonomické a marketingové aspekty dvojí kvality. V rámci výzkumu jsou zohledněny pohledy klíčových stakeholderů, včetně maloobchodníků, politiků a médií. Závěrem jsou na základě získaných dat formulována doporučení pro zlepšení situace v oblasti dvojí kvality potravin. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyze how the dual quality of food affects the actual behavior of consumers and, based on a quantitative questionnaire and monitoring of the attitudes of selected stakeholders, to evaluate the state of approach to this issue. The work focuses on food quality in retail, the role of the consumer and his perception of quality, and the economic and marketing aspects of dual quality. The research takes into account the views of key stakeholders, including retailers, politicians and the media. In conclusion, based on the obtained data, recommendations are formulated for improving the situation in the area of dual food quality. |
