| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dohod o určení cen pro další prodej. Práce nejprve poskytuje obecný přehled o hospodářské soutěži a vymezuje základní pojmy, jako jsou soutěžitel a relevantní trh. Následně se práce zabývá klasifikací dohod narušujících hospodářskou soutěž, přičemž detailně charakterizuje dohody o určení cen pro další prodej. V této části se práce věnuje právní úpravě těchto dohod a popisuje jejich účinky na hospodářskou soutěž. V závěru práce je uveden konkrétní příklad z rozhodovací praxe Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a českých soudů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of resale price maintenance agreements. The thesis first provides a general overview of competition and defines basic concepts such as competitor and relevant market. Then, the thesis focuses on the classification of anticompetitive agreements, characterising resale price maintenance agreements in detail. In this part, the thesis examines the legal regulation of these agreements and describes their effects on competition. The thesis concludes with a concrete example from the case law of the Office for the Protection of Competition and the Czech courts. |
