| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem krizí na hotel se zaměřením na pandemii Covid-19, ruskou invazi na Ukrajinu a energetickou krizi. Práce se věnuje analýze dopadů těchto krizí na zkoumaný hotel a porovnává je s konkurenčními hotely pomocí komparativní analýzy za použití hloubkových rozhovorů. Na základě této analýzy je vytvořena SWOT analýza zkoumaného hotelu, která zahrnuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Výsledkem zkoumání jsou konkrétní návrhy a doporučení, které vychází ze SWOT analýzy, a které mohou přispět zkoumanému hotelu ke zvýšení odolnosti vůči budoucím krizím. Práce přináší cenné poznatky pro hoteliéry a manažery, kteří čelí nejistotám v dynamickém prostředí cestovního ruchu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the impact of crises on a hotel, focusing on the Covid-19 pandemic, the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the energy crisis. The thesis analyses the impact of these crises on the chosen hotel and compares it with competing hotels through comparative analysis using in-depth interviews. On the basis of this analysis, a SWOT analysis of the chosen hotel is developed, which includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. As a result of the the analysis, specific suggestions and recommendations are made based on the SWOT analysis that can help the chosen hotel increase its resilience to future crises. The thesis provides valuable insights for hoteliers and managers facing uncertainties in the dynamic tourism environment. |
