| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce jsou psychologické faktory působící na ženské a dětské uprchlíky v mezinárodní migraci ve válce na Ukrajině a jejich vliv na mezinárodní prostředí. Cílem je zjistit, jaké psychologické faktory nejvíce ovlivňují ženské a dětské uprchlíky v mezinárodní migraci ve válce na Ukrajině, jak s nimi mohou uprchlíci pracovat, a jaká je v tomto ohledu role genderu. Důležitou součástí je také analýza přístupu mezinárodních aktérů k problematice. Časový rámec práce je ohraničen začátkem války na Ukrajině, 24. února 2022, až po současnost. V práci je použita kvalitativní analýza polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty, kteří pochází z řad ukrajinských uprchlíků. Výsledkem práce je identifikace klíčových psychologických a sociálně-ekonomických faktorů, které působí na uprchlíky v mezinárodní migraci ve válce na Ukrajině. Dále zhodnocení přístupu mezinárodních aktérů a návrhy a doporučení pro efektivnější řešení problematiky. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the thesis is the psychological factors affecting women and child refugees in international migration in the war in Ukraine and their impact on the international environment. The aim is to find out what psychological factors most affect female and child refugees in international migration in the war in Ukraine, how refugees can work with them, and what is the role of gender in this regard. An analysis of the approach of international actors to the issue is also an important component. The time frame of the thesis is limited to the beginning of the war in Ukraine, 24 February 2022, to the present. The thesis uses qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews with respondents who are Ukrainian refugees. As a result, the thesis identifies key psychological and socio-economic factors that affect refugees in international migration in the war in Ukraine. Furthermore, an assessment of the approach of international actors and suggestions and recommendations for more effective solutions to the issue. |
