| Abstract: | Franšíza se v současné době uplatňuje v nejrůznějších oblastech podnikání, zejména v maloobchodě, hotelnictví, v oblasti rychlého občerstvení, v provozování benzinových čerpadel atp. K prudkému rozvoji franchisingu dochází zejména proto, že je výhodnou formou spolupráce pro velké i malé firmy. Velkým firmám umožňuje rychlou internacionalizaci bez přílišné náročnosti na kapitálové zdroje a snížení rizik, spojených s kapitálovými vstupy na zahraniční trhy, pro malé firmy je velkým přínosem účasti ve franchisingových řetězcích možnost omezení podnikatelských rizik. |

| Abstract: | Franchising is currently applied in various fields of business, especially in retail, hospitality, fast food, gas station operations, and more. The rapid development of franchising occurs mainly because it is a beneficial form of cooperation for both large and small companies. For large companies, it enables quick internationalization without significant demands on capital resources and reduces the risks associated with capital entry into foreign markets. For small companies, participation in franchising chains offers the significant advantage of limiting business risks. |
