Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu Globálních hodnotových řetězců ve farmaceutickém průmyslu se zaměřením na Českou republiku, konkrétně na problematiku nedostatku léčiv. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým pohledem na globální hodnotové řetězce. Popisuje jejich původ a definici, způsoby zapojení a výhody či nevýhody plynoucí z účasti v GVC. V druhé a třetí kapitole jsou následně zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky zaměřené na příčiny nedostatků léčiv a na kroky, které Česká republika provádí, aby optimalizovala svou účast ve farmaceutických hodnotových řetězcích pro zlepšení dostupnosti léků. V bakalářské práci jsou zmapována nedostatková léčiva, příčiny a původ nedostatků a jaké kroky jsou prováděny Evropskou Unií, a hlavně Českou republikou. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Global value chains in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on the Czech Republic, specifically on the issue of medical drug shortage. The first part of the thesis describes the theory of global value chains. It describes their origin and definition, ways of involvement and advantages or disadvantages of participation in GVCs. The second and third chapters then answer research questions focusing on the consequences of medical drug shortages and the steps the Czech Republic is taking to optimize its participation in pharmaceutical value chains to improve access to medicines. The bachelor thesis maps out the shortages of medicines, the causes and origins of shortages and what steps are being taken by the EU and especially by the Czech Republic. |
