| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku praní špinavých peněz. Jejím cílem je poskytnout ucelený přehled o tomto tématu, včetně jeho definice a historického vývoje, popsat proces legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti a metody používané k jeho dosažení. Dále se práce věnuje systémům kontroly a regulace transakcí, mezinárodní legislativě a organizacím, které se podílejí na boji proti praní špinavých peněz. V empirické části jsou na základě hodnocení FATF a případových studií identifikovány silné a slabé stránky tří konkrétních zemí – České republiky, Dánska a Mexika, a v diskuzi navržena doporučení ke zlepšení stávající situace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of money laundering. Its aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of this topic, including its definition and historical development, to describe the process of legalizing the proceeds of crime and the methods used to achieve it. Furthermore, the work is devoted to transaction control and regulation systems, international legislation and organizations involved in the fight against money laundering. In the empirical part, the strengths and weaknesses of three specific countries - the Czech Republic, Denmark and Mexico - are identified on the basis of the FATF assessment and case studies, and recommendations for improving the current situation are proposed in the discussion. |
