| Abstract: | Zelená dohoda pro Evropu představuje jednu z nejambicióznějších politických iniciativ Evropské unie, jejímž cílem je dosažení klimatické neutrality do roku 2050. Tato strategie zahrnuje rozsáhlý soubor opatření a legislativních reforem zaměřených na ochranu životního prostředí a zmírnění dopadů klimatické změny. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu zájmových skupin, včetně jejich lobbistických aktivit, na legislativní proces v oblasti klimatické a environmentální politiky. Jako případová studie byl vybrán sektor využívání půdy, změn ve využívání půdy a lesnictví (LULUCF), který hraje zásadní roli při zmírňování klimatických změn. Analýza ukazuje, že zájmové skupiny výrazně ovlivňují tvorbu klimatické legislativy EU, přičemž korporátní zájmy často převládají nad veřejnými zájmy. Tento nerovnovážný vliv může ohrozit spravedlnost a efektivnost klimatické politiky EU. |

| Abstract: | The Green Deal for Europe represents one of the most ambitious political initiatives of the European Union, aiming to achieve climate neutrality by 2050. This strategy encompasses a comprehensive set of measures and legislative reforms focused on environmental protection and mitigating the impacts of climate change. The thesis examines the influence of interest groups, including their lobbying activities, on the legislative process in the field of climate and environmental policy. The sector of land use, land-use change, and forestry (LULUCF) was selected as a case study, as it plays a crucial role in mitigating climate change. The analysis reveals that interest groups significantly shape the development of EU climate legislation, with corporate interests often prevailing over public ones. This imbalance may jeopardize the fairness and effectiveness of EU climate policy. |
