| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá aktivitami CSR nadnárodního holdingu Procter & Gamble. Tento holding je skvělým příkladem toho, jak implementovat udržitelnost do jádra firemní strategie. Cílem je popsat konkrétní CSR aktivity tohoto podniku ve světě a prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníku zjistit, jaké je povědomí o jeho CSR aktivitách mezi spotřebiteli. Kapitoly obsahují jak teoretickou, tak praktickou část, v rámci které budou potvrzeny či vyvráceny stanovené hypotézy. Na základě zjištěných poznatků, pak navrhnu doporučení pro zlepšení CSR aktivity této společnosti. Podobnou bakalářskou ani magisterskou práci, která by se zabývala CSR ve společnosti Procter & Gamble, jsem nenašel. Pro tento typ práce se často používá dotazníkové šetření, které se však snažím rozšířit o ověření interních údajů společnosti o údaje externí. Samozřejmě existuje riziko, že se mi požadované údaje nepodaří zjistit. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the CSR activities of the multinational holding company Procter & Gamble. This holding is a great example of how to implement sustainability at the core of corporate strategy. The aim is to describe the specific CSR activity of the brand in the world and, through quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire, to find out what the awareness of this CSR activity is among consumers. The chapters include both the theoretical part and the practical part, within which the established hypotheses will be confirmed or refuted. Based on the findings, I will then propose recommendations for improving this CSR activity. I have not found a similar bachelor's or master's thesis that deals with CSR at Procter & Gamble. A questionnaire survey is often used for this type of work, but I try to expand it by verifying the company's internal data with external data. Of course, there is a risk that I will not be able to find the required data. |
