| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je vypracována na téma „Ženy z vybraných věkových skupin na trhu práce“. Cílem diplomové práce bylo identifikování bariér, kterým ženy ve věkovém rozmezí 20–59 let čelí. Nejprve byly seskupeny teoretické poznatky týkající se této problematiky. Následně byly zvoleny kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody výzkumu, tj. online dotazníkové šetření a hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory. V praktické části diplomové práce došlo k provedení výzkumu a k analýze získaných odpovědí. Byly porovnány výsledky kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu, zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy. Na konci diplomové práce byla stanovena doporučení a shrnuty zjištěné výsledky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is based on the topic "Women from selected age groups in the labour market". The aim of the thesis was to identify the barriers faced by women in the age range of 20-59 years. Firstly, theoretical knowledge related to this issue was compiled. Subsequently, quantitative and qualitative research methods were chosen, i.e. online questionnaire survey and in-depth semi-structured interviews. In the practical part of the thesis, there was research, and the analysis of the responses obtained. The results of the quantitative and qualitative research were compared, the research questions were answered, and the stated hypotheses were evaluated. At the end of the thesis, recommendations were established, and the findings were summarized. |
