| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hlavních důvodů imigrace do České republiky prostřednictvím konstrukce kompozitních indikátorů. Cílem je vyhodnotit, které regiony jsou pro imigranty nejvhodnější na základě vybraných faktorů, a zkoumat, do jaké míry mohou jednotlivé kraje České republiky přilákat nové obyvatele. Součástí analýzy je také hodnocení silných a slabých stránek krajů z pohledu migrace. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis focuses on analysing the main reasons for immigration to the Czech Republic through the construction of composite indicators. The aim is to evaluate which regions are most suitable for immigrants based on selected factors and to explore the extent to which individual regions of the Czech Republic can attract new residents. The analysis also includes an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the regions in terms of migration. |
