| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést komplexní strategickou analýzu podniku Thun 1794 a.s., ve které dojde k identifikaci a analýze silných a slabých stránek a k analýze okolí, ve které dojde k nalezení příležitostí a hrozeb. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy a analytické nástroje nezbytné pro sestavení strategické analýzy podniku. V praktické části práce jsou aplikovány zmíněné nástroje pro vytvoření strategické analýzy podniku. Nástroje jsou využity v návaznosti na vnější a vnitřní okolí podniku. Mezi využité nástroje v této práci patří například PESTEL analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a finanční analýza. Závěrem práce je stanovení doporučení s cílem udržení stability a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku Thun 1794 a.s. na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform a comprehensive strategic analysis of the company Thun 1794 Inc. in which the strengths and weaknesses will be identified and analysed, and the environment will be analysed to find opportunities and threats. The theoretical part explains the concepts and analytical tools necessary for the preparation of a strategic analysis of the company. In the practical part of the thesis the mentioned tools are applied to create a strategic analysis of the enterprise. The tools are used in relation to the external and internal environment of the company. The tools used in this thesis include PESTEL analysis, Porter's five forces model and financial analysis. The thesis concludes by establishing recommendations in order to maintain stability and increase the competitiveness of Thun 1794 Inc. in the market. |
