| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je návrh projektu zřízení kavárny a malého snack baru, která bude současně nabízet službu drive-through. Navrhované umístění záměru bude na nově plánované dálniční odpočívce na dálnici D5 – Mýto. Kavárna bude vybudována s využitím použitých přepravních kontejnerů (HC), což přinese nejen úsporu času nezbytného pro fázi výstavby objektu, ale i citelnou úsporu investičních nákladů. Majetkoprávně bude záměr řešen formou dlouhodobého nájmu/zřízením práva stavby u ŘSD. Práce samotná je rozdělena na dvě části. Její první, teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se řízení projektů a technik řízení projektů využitých pro časovou, nákladovou, zdrojovou a rizikovou analýzu. Druhá, praktická část práce obsahuje vlastní projekt výstavby kavárny sestavený v programu MS Project a jeho časovou, nákladovou, zdrojovou a rizikovou analýzu s využitím metod popsaných v teoretické části práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to propose a project for the establishment of a café and a small snack bar, which will simultaneously offer a Drive-through service. The proposed location of the project will be at the newly planned highway rest stop on the D5 highway – Mýto. The cafe will be built from used shipping containers (HC), which will not only save the time necessary for the construction phase of the building but will also result in a significant saving in investment costs. In terms of property law, the project will be resolved in the form of a long-term lease/establishment of building rights at the ŘSD. The work itself is divided into two parts. Its first, theoretical part, is focused on the explanation of basic concepts related to project management and project management techniques used for time, cost, resource and risk analysis. The second, practical part of the work, contains the own project of the construction of the cafe compiled in the MS Project program and its time, cost, resource and risk analysis using the methods described in the theoretical part of the work. |
