| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na redesign mobilní aplikace Pumpdroid, která motoristům poskytuje přehled o nejbližších čerpacích stanicích, aktuálních cenách paliva a dalších relevantních informacích. Cílem této bakalářské práce je nejdříve provést analýzu současného stavu aplikace a následně na základě uživatelského výzkumu, principů designu uživatelských rozhraní a požadavků klienta vytvořit a otestovat prototyp nového rozhraní, který bude možné implementovat do aplikace. Nejprve je představena aplikace a její cílová skupina, včetně analýzy současného stavu uživatelského rozhraní. Redesign se poté zaměřuje na konkrétní uživatelské cesty (user flows), které jsou pro běžného uživatele aplikace klíčové. Teoretická a praktická část redesignu jsou úzce spjaty a navazují na sebe, přičemž teoretická část jednotlivých kapitol nejdříve přiblíží principy a procesy, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Proces redesignu zahrnuje uživatelský výzkum, persony, definice problémů (problem statements), návrhy wireframů, low-fidelity prototyp a high-fidelity prototyp. Na závěr je práce doplněna návrhy a doporučeními na další kroky, které vycházejí z uživatelského testování použitelnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on redesign of the mobile application Pumpdroid, which provides motorists with an overview of the nearest gas stations, current fuel prices, and other relevant information. The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to first conduct an analysis of the current state of the application and then, based on user research, user interface design principles, and client requirements, create and test a prototype of a new interface, which can be implemented into the application. First, the application and its target audience are introduced, including an analysis of the current state of the user interface. The redesign then focuses on specific user flows that are key for the typical application user. The theoretical and practical parts of the redesign build on each other, with the theoretical part of each chapter first outlining the principles and processes that are then applied in the practical part. The redesign process includes user research, personas, problem statements, wireframes, low-fidelity prototype, and high-fidelity prototype. In the end, the thesis is supplemented with suggestions and recommendations for further steps, based on usability testing. |
