The aim of the work is to modernize the outdated user interface, which has not been updated for several years. The goal is to create a user-friendly user experience using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, which focuses primarily on end users and their needs related to the application. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which addresses the theory of UX design, User-Centered Design, and the Design Thinking process. The output of this bachelor's thesis is an initial prototype of basic user flows for the modernized interface of the IProsoft desktop application, which meets the needs of surveyed users and reflects their expectations regarding usability, simplicity, and visual appeal. |
