| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza a komparace sociální péče pro seniory ve městě Mělník v roce 2024. Práce se především soustředí na komparaci klíčových aspektů poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Je zde představena i podrobná analýza jednotlivých poskytovatelů, kteří nabízejí sociální služby pro seniory ve městě Mělník. Teoretická část vychází ze základní literární rešerše, která je důležitá pro pochopení praktické části. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu jednotlivých ukazatelů dostupnosti sociální péče ve městě Mělník, na základě, kterých je vyvozen závěr celé práce. Zkoumaná data zahrnují dostupnost časovou (čekací lhůty), místní (počet míst v zařízení), finanční i dostupnost informací. Dále je rozebíráno financování i analýza demografického vývoje. Z analýzy vyplývá, že i přes větší počet poskytovatelů sociálních služeb, dochází k nedostatečným kapacitám v zařízeních, které vedou dále k dlouhým čekacím lhůtám. Kratší čekací lhůty a větší finanční náročnost jsou u zařízení soukromého. Dostupnost informací na webových stránkách se liší podle typu zařízení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyze and compare social care for seniors in the city of Mělník in the year 2024. The work primarily focuses on comparing key aspects of social service providers. A detailed analysis of individual providers offering social services for seniors in Mělník is also presented. The theoretical section is based on a fundamental literature review, which is essential for understanding the practical part. The practical section concentrates on analyzing various indicators of the availability of social care in Mělník, from which conclusions for the entire thesis are drawn. The examined data includes temporal availability (waiting time), spatial availability (number of places in facilities), financial aspects, and the availability of information. Additionally, the financing and demographic development analysis are discussed. The analysis indicates that despite a greater number of social service providers, there are insufficient capacities in facilities, resulting in long waiting times. Shorter waiting times and greater financial demands are in private facilities. The availability of information on websites varies according to the type of facility. |
