| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh trainee programu pro vybranou organizaci. Cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu takového trainee programu, který bude odpovídat jak požadavkům společnosti, tak zájmům cílové skupiny a bude zaměřen na rozvoj a udržení účastníků. V teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše existujících poznatků z oblasti personalistiky a talent managementu. V praktické části byla provedena dvě dotazníková šetření, z něhož jedno se týkalo zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti a druhé účastníků trainee programů z řad veřejnosti. Dále byly provedeny čtyři rozhovory s manažery působícími ve vybrané společnosti. Zjištěné poznatky byly následně napojeny na východiska z teoretické části. Nakonec byla navrhnuta podoba trainee programu pro vybranou společnost, která respektuje zjištěné závěry a která zahrnuje konkrétní aktivity. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the proposal of a trainee program for a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to create a draft of such a trainee program that will meet both the company's requirements and the interests of the target group and will be focused on the development and retention of participants. In the theoretical part, a literature search of existing knowledge in the field of HR and talent management was carried out. In the practical part, two questionnaire surveys were conducted, one of which concerned the employees of the selected company and the other the trainee program participants from the public. Also four interviews were conducted with managers working in the selected company. The findings were subsequently connected to the starting points from the theoretical part. Finally, a form of trainee program was designed for the selected company, which respects the conclusions found and which includes specific activities. |
