| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem týmových rolí podle Belbinova modelu na výkonnost týmů v požárním sportu. Výzkum byl realizován na vzorku 103 týmů pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky byly podrobeny faktorové analýze. Výzkum identifikuje 3 klíčové faktory, které přispívají k efektivitě týmů v požárním sportu. Diplomová práce potvrzuje flexibilitu a přizpůsobitelnost Belbinova modelu specifickému prostředí požárního sportu. Získané poznatky mají širší využití v dalších oblastech týmové spolupráce, kde je kladen důraz na koordinaci, přesnost a týmovou spolupráci. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the influence of team roles according to Belbin's model on the performance of teams in fire sport. The research was carried out on a sample of 103 teams using a questionnaire survey, the results of which were subjected to factor analysis. The research identifies 3 key factors that contribute to the effectiveness of teams in fire sport. The master thesis confirms the flexibility and adaptability of Belbin's model to the specific environment of fire sport. The findings have wider application in other areas of teamwork where the emphasis is on coordination, accuracy and teamwork. |
