Tato práce zkoumá roli jaderné energetiky v energetickém mixu České republiky, se zaměřením na efektivitu a účinnost jaderných elektráren Temelín a Dukovany. Analýzou dat z let 2001 až 2023 studie zdůrazňuje příspěvky těchto elektráren k národní výrobě elektřiny, jejich ekonomickou životaschopnost a jejich dopad na životní prostředí. Výzkum využívá jak kvantitativní analýzu statistických dat, tak kvalitativní hodnocení legislativních dokumentů a technologických trendů. Identifikováním výhod a výzev, kterým jaderná energetika čelí, tato práce poskytuje vhled do strategií udržitelné energie pro budoucnost. Zjištění podpoří rozhodování v oblasti politiky, které má za cíl posílit energetickou bezpečnost a snížit emise uhlíku v kontextu rostoucích environmentálních obav. |

This thesis examines the role of nuclear energy in the Czech Republic's energy mix, focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of the Temelín and Dukovany nuclear power plants. Analyzing data from 2001 to 2023, the study highlights the contributions of these plants to national electricity generation, their economic viability, and their environmental impact. The research utilizes both quantitative analysis of statistical data and qualitative assessment of legislative documents and technological trends. By identifying the advantages and challenges faced by nuclear energy, this work aims to provide insights into sustainable energy strategies for the future. The findings will support policy decisions aimed at enhancing energy security and reducing carbon emissions in the context of growing environmental concerns. |
