| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) v papírenském průmyslu, konkrétně v rámci společnosti HEINZEL GROUP. Cílem práce je analyzovat a porovnat různé přístupy k CSR napříč fázemi zpracovatelského řetězce, zahrnující výrobu, distribuci a recyklaci papírenského odpadu a také zhodnotit úroveň implementace CSR. Výzkum je založen na metodě KORP, polostrukturovaných rozhovorech a mentálním mapování. Hlavním zjištěním je, že společnost HEINZEL GROUP dosahuje nadprůměrného hodnocení 65,94 bodů ze 100 v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti. Přístupy jednotlivých členských firem se liší podle jejich rolí ve zpracovatelském řetězci, přičemž všechny aktivity propojuje důraz na ochranu životního prostředí a dlouhodobou udržitelnost. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis focuses on implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the paper industry specifically within the HEINZEL GROUP. The thesis aims to analyze and compare different approaches to CSR across the stages of the chain of custody, including the production, distribution, and recycling of paper waste, as well as to assess the level of CSR implementation. The research uses the KORP method, semi-structured interviews, and mind mapping. The main finding is that the HEINZEL GROUP scores above average with a score of 65.94 out of 100 in social responsibility. The approaches of the individual member companies vary according to their roles in the chain of custody, with all activities linked by an emphasis on environmental protection and long-term sustainability. |
