| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření a hodnotovými prioritami profesionálních hasičů. Jejím cílem je analyzovat tyto proměnné a zjistit případný vztah. Nejprve byla provedena literární rešerše, která slouží jako podklad pro výzkumnou část. Data pro vlastní výzkum byla získána prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které kombinuje dva validované dotazníky. Pro zjištění syndromu vyhoření byl použit Maslach Burnout Inventory, pro identifikaci hodnotových priorit pak Portrait Values Questionnaire–revised. Výsledkem práce je zjištění vztahu mezi syndromem vyhoření a hodnotami. Jeho intenzita je sice slabá, avšak statisticky významná. Na základě zjištěných výsledků bylo formulováno doporučení pro organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with burnout syndrome and value priorities of professional firefighters. Its aim is to analyze these variables and find out the possible relationship. First, a literature search was conducted to serve as a basis for the research part. The data for the actual research was obtained through a questionnaire survey combining two validated questionnaires. The Maslach Burnout Inventory was used to identify burnout syndrome, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory was used to identify value priorities, and the Portrait Values Questionnaire-revised. As a result of this work, the relationship between burnout syndrome and values was established. Its intensity is weak but statistically significant. Based on the findings, recommendations for the organization were formulated. |
