Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění, jak firmy pracují s manažerským účetnictvím v praxi. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy účetnictví, výsledkem hospodaření, právní úpravou manažerského účetnictví v České republice, jaký je vztah mezi finančním, manažerským a nákladovým účetnictvím. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením získaných dat pomocí popisné statistiky. Data jsou získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníky jsou rozeslány do vybraných firem, ve kterých jsou osloveni zaměstnanci, kteří pracují s manažerským a nákladovým účetnictvím ve vybrané firmě. Pomocí uzavřených a otevřených otázek odpovídají a tyto data jsou následně použita při výzkumu, jak ve firmách využívají manažerské účetnictví.

Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how companies work with managerial accounting in practice. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of accounting, the result of management, the legal regulation of managerial accounting in the Czech Republic, what is the relationship between financial, managerial and cost accounting. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the obtained data using descriptive statistics. The data is obtained using a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires are sent to selected companies, in which employees who work with managerial and cost accounting in the selected company are approached. They answer using closed and open questions, and this data is then used to research how management accounting is used in companies.
