| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu eHealth v České republice, konkrétně na telemedicínské služby, označené jako eKonzultace. Cílem práce je zkoumat komunikaci mezi poskytovateli zdravotní péče a pacienty prostřednictvím ICT a identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodnutí pacientů využívat tyto služby. V teoretické části je popsán koncept eHealth, jeho součásti a role mezinárodních organizací při rozvoji eHealth modelů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum postojů pacientů k eKonzultacím a ověření stanovených hypotéz. Závěry práce zahrnují teoretický a praktický přínos, který přispívá k rozvoji eHealth služeb v České republice a poskytuje doporučení pro efektivní implementaci telemedicíny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of eHealth in the Czech Republic, specifically telemedicine services referred to as eKonzultace. The aim of the thesis is to examine communication between healthcare providers and patients through ICT and to identify the factors influencing patients' decisions to use these services. The theoretical part describes the concept of eHealth, its components, and the role of international organizations in the development of eHealth models. The practical part is dedicated to researching patients' attitudes towards eConsultations and verifying the established hypotheses. The conclusions of the thesis include theoretical and practical contributions that support the development of eHealth services in the Czech Republic and provide recommendations for the effective implementation of telemedicine. |
