Enhancing the Services of Študentský servis s.r.o. Through the Design Thinking Method

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšováním služeb personální agentury Študentský servis s.r.o. prostřednictvím aplikace metodiky Design Thinking. Teoretická část definuje inovace, objasňuje principy metodiky Design Thinking a popisuje trh personálních agentur včetně trendů ovlivňujících jejich činnost. Praktická část se zaměřuje na implementaci metodologie Design Thinking v prostředí agentury, přičemž detailně zkoumá celý náborový proces. Na základě výstupů z rozhovorů, dotazníkového průzkumu a realizace workshopu byly identifikovány hlavní problémové oblasti. Navržená inovativní řešení byla testována a vyhodnocena z hlediska jejich přínosu a efektivity.

This thesis focuses on improving the services of the personnel agency Študentský servis s.r.o. through the application of the Design Thinking methodology. The theoretical part defines innovations, explains the principles of the Design Thinking methodology, and describes the market for personnel agencies, including trends that influence their operations. The practical part focuses on the implementation of the Design Thinking methodology within the agency, thoroughly examining the entire recruitment process. Based on the outputs of interviews, a questionnaire survey, and a workshop, key problem areas were identified. The proposed innovative solutions were tested and evaluated in terms of their contribution and effectiveness.
