| Abstract: | Tato MBA práce se zabývá návrhem Business Intelligence (BI) dashboardu pro generálního ředitele a vrcholový management velké banky. Na základě strategie banky, jejích cílů, business požadavků a potřeb generálního ředitele byly určeny primární a sekundární cíle dashboardu. Byly vybrány klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti (KPI), zapracována prediktivní analýza a vytvořeny vizuální návrhy. V průběhu práce byla průběžně validována efektivita a proveditelnost BI dashboardu jak s vrcholovým managementem, tak s datovým oddělením. Tyto konzultace vedly k optimalizaci návrhu a zajištění jeho praktické využitelnosti. Výsledný návrh byl odsouhlasen a v MBA práci jsou znázorněny a popsány jednotlivé návrhy. Po implementaci bude využití BI dashboardu monitorováno a v případě potřeby budou upravovány jeho nabídka KPI, funkce a vizualizace. |

| Abstract: | This MBA thesis deals with the design of a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard for the CEO and senior management of a large bank. Based on the bank's strategy, objectives, business requirements and the CEO's needs, the primary and secondary objectives of the dashboard were identified. Key performance indicators (KPIs) were selected, predictive analytics incorporated, and visual designs created. Throughout the process, the effectiveness and feasibility of the BI dashboard was continually validated with both senior management and the data department. These consultations helped to optimize the design and ensure its practicality. The final design was agreed, and the MBA thesis illustrates and describes the various proposals. Once implemented, the use of the BI dashboard will be monitored and, if necessary, its KPIs, features and visualizations will be adjusted. |
