| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá společností CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o., která se specializuje na výrobu plastových dílů. Cílem práce je navrhnout zlepšení logistických procesů ve společnosti CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o. se zaměřením na popis současného stavu výroby a skladování a identifikaci případných nedostatků. Práce využívá metody ABC analýzy, XYZ analýzy, matice ABC/XYZ a osobních rozhovorů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. První část tvoří teoretický základ pro praktickou část. Druhá část se zaměřuje na společnost CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o. Nejprve krátké představení společnosti, následuje popis logistických procesů a analýza zásob. V závěru práce jsou společnosti předložena doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení, které mohou být přínosné a přispět k optimalizaci logistických procesů ve společnosti CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the company CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o., which specializes in the production of plastic parts. The aim of the thesis is to propose the improvement of logistic processes in CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o., focusing on the description of the current state of production and warehousing and identification of possible weaknesses. The thesis uses the methods of ABC analysis, XYZ analysis, ABC/XYZ matrix and personal interviews. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The first part forms the theoretical basis for the practical part. The second part focuses on the company CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o. First, a short introduction of the company, followed by a description of logistics processes and inventory analysis. The thesis concludes with recommendations and suggestions for improvement that may be beneficial to the company and contribute to the optimization of logistics processes at CZECH ETIMEX s.r.o. |
