| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem osobního rozvoje. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat míru informovanosti a motivovanosti budoucích manažerů – studentů Fakulty podnikohospodářské – v oblasti osobního rozvoje. V teoretické části práce bude provedena rešerše literatury na téma osobního rozvoje, vzdělávání a motivace k rozvoji. Praktická část formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření zmapuje zájem a přístup studentů k osobnímu rozvoji. Na základě získaných dat budou navržena opatření k podpoře motivace studentů k osobnímu rozvoji. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis addresses the topic of personal development. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the level of awareness and motivation for personal development among future managers, specifically students of FPH. The theoretical part will include a literature review on personal development, education, and motivation for self-improvement. The practical part consists of a quantitative survey mapping the interest and attitudes of FPH students towards personal development. Based on the data collected, recommendations will be proposed to enhance students' motivation for personal growth. |
