| Abstract: | Diplomová práce sleduje současné proměny managementu pohřebních služeb v České republice. V kontextu společenských, ekonomických a technologických změn zkoumá vliv současných trendů na tradiční pohřební praxi. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující pohřební rituály, a jejich proměnu směrem k individualizaci a udržitelnosti a ekonomické dopady spojené s těmito změnami. Kvalitativní výzkum je založen na rozhovorech s odborníky v oboru, jejichž výpovědi poskytují detailní pohled na transformaci pohřebnictví, včetně jeho právního, kulturního a ekologického rámce. Závěry práce přispívají k pochopení, jak měnící se požadavky společnosti ovlivňují nejen organizaci pohřbů, ale také širší kontext řízení pohřebních služeb. |

| Abstract: | The thesis traces the current changes in the management of funeral services in the Czech Republic. In the context of social, economic and technological changes it examines the influence of current trends on traditional funeral practice. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key factors influencing funeral rituals, and their transformation towards individualisation and sustainability, and the economic impacts associated with these changes. The qualitative research is based on interviews with experts in the field whose accounts provide a detailed perspective on the transformation of the funeral industry, including its legal, cultural and environmental framework. The findings of the thesis contribute to an understanding of how the changing demands of society affect not only the organisation of funerals but also the wider context of funeral service management. |
