| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá mírou projektifikace vybraných oblastí kultury v České republice. Cílem práce je odhadnout míru projektifikace ve vybraných oblastech kultury v České republice a porovnat poměr využití projektového řízení v rámci vybraných kategorií kulturní dědictví a scénické umění. Dalším z cílů práce je identifikace charakteristik projektů v kulturním odvětví dle průměrného počtu zaměstnanců a průměrné doby trvání projektu a zároveň zjišťování v jaké míře se ve sledovaných kulturních oblastech realizují jednotlivé typy projektů. Sběr dat probíhal dotazováním v kulturních organizacích ve vybraných oblastech kultury z celé České republiky pomoci online dotazníku a telefonickým dotazováním |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the degree of projectification of selected areas of culture in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to estimate the degree of projectisation in selected areas of culture in the Czech Republic and to compare the proportion of project management use within the selected categories of cultural heritage and performing arts. Another aim of the thesis is to identify the characteristics of projects in the cultural sector according to the average number of employees and the average duration of the project, and to determine to what extent different types of projects are implemented in the cultural areas under study. Data collection was carried out by interviewing cultural organisations in selected cultural areas from all over the Czech Republic using an online questionnaire and by telephone |
