| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá logistickou obslužností území Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou hl. m. Prahy. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav logistických procesů zajišťujících dostupnost přednemocniční neodkladné péče v rámci metropole a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení efektivity a kvality poskytovaných služeb. Práce se zaměřuje na klíčové faktory, jako je rozmístění výjezdových základen nebo časové parametry zásahů. Praktická část je založena na kombinaci analýz primárních dat poskytnutých Zdravotnickou záchrannou službou hl. m. Prahy a sekundárních dat, zahrnujících odborné publikace a výroční zprávy. Hlavním přínosem práce je vytvoření komplexního pohledu na fungování Zdravotnické záchranné služby hl. m. Prahy z logistického hlediska a v návrhu konkrétních opatření zaměřených na zlepšení dostupnosti a kvality přednemocniční péče v hlavním městě. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s Thesis focuses on the logistical service coverage of the Emergency Medical Service of the Capital City of Prague. The aim of the study is to analyse the current state of logistical processes ensuring the availability of pre-hospital emergency care within the metropolitan area and to propose measures to improve the efficiency and quality of the provided services. The work concentrates on key factors such as the distribution of response bases and the time parameters of interventions. The practical part is based on a combination of analyses of primary data provided by the Emergency Medical Service of the Capital City of Prague and secondary data, which include professional publications and annual reports. The main contribution of the thesis lies in creating a comprehensive view of the functioning of the Emergency Medical Service of the Capital City of Prague from a logistical perspective and in proposing specific measures aimed at improving the availability and quality of pre-hospital care in the capital city. |
