| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá oceňováním podniku, konkrétně stanovením tržní hodnoty společnosti Mattoni 1873 a.s. k datu 31. 12. 2022. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na klíčové principy oceňování, strategické a finanční analýzy, a jednotlivé metody oceňování, s důrazem na metodu diskontovaných peněžních toků. Tato metoda, ve spojení s analýzou tržních multiplikačních ukazatelů, poskytuje komplexní základ pro odhad hodnoty podniku. Praktická část aplikuje zmíněné postupy na společnost Mattoni 1873 a.s. a zahrnuje analýzu strategických i finančních faktorů ovlivňujících její hodnotu, prognózu budoucího vývoje klíčových ukazatelů a sestavení finančního plánu. Výstupem práce je přesné ocenění tržní hodnoty společnosti a identifikace klíčových generátorů hodnoty, což nabízí užitečné informace pro manažerská rozhodnutí a strategické plánování. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the valuation of the company, specifically the determination of the market value of Mattoni 1873 a.s. as of 31 December 2022. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the key principles of valuation, strategic and financial analysis, and individual valuation methods, with an emphasis on the discounted cash flow method. This method, in conjunction with the analysis of market multiples, provides a comprehensive basis for estimating enterprise value. The practical part applies these methods to Mattoni 1873 a.s. and includes an analysis of strategic and financial factors affecting its value, a forecast of the future development of key indicators and the preparation of a financial plan. The output of the work is an accurate assessment of the company's market value and identification of key value generators, which offers useful information for managerial decisions and strategic planning. |
