| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl navrhnout poznatky pro posílení logistiky chladícího řetězce v zemědělských provozech ve Vietnamu. Analýza pěti výkonnostních cílů operačního managementu. Tato perspektiva umožňuje identifikovat problémy s udržením integrity produktu během procesu. Esej přispívá k dalším poznatkům o pochopení logistiky studeného řetězce v zemědělských operacích tím, že popisuje specifika pěti výkonnostních cílů řízení provozu. Přehledy výzkumu Celkově zjištění ukazují, že fungování společnosti Gemadept přispívá k praktickému pochopení jejich fungování a návrhů na jejich vylepšení. |
